Scrubs help circulation and are a wonderful
way to invigorate your skin. The abrasive action of the salt
will remove dead skin cells and open pores, allowing them to
breathe. A vigorous scrub not only softens, stimulates and cleans
the skin but also makes it look lighter.
Directions:
Scoop out a tablespoon or two and begin to massage
it onto your skin while in the shower or bath. Work in a circular
motion, starting with your extremities and toward your heart.
Use on your thighs, buttocks, stomach, and your feet Leave the
scrub on your skin for 5 to 20 minutes, then rinse off with
cool water. Avoid cuts or open wounds as the salt would sting.
Pat dry with a towel. For a finishing touch
moisturize your body with Body lotion. Apply 1-2 times a week.
Avoid contact with eyes.
